At Toups and Co Organics, we want you to love your clean beauty routine. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on most full-sized products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full to qualify for a refund or store credit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
